Help me understand what type of message you want to write.
Letter/email writer
Helps you write and respond to letters and emails.
The letter and email writer helps you draft a message that sounds right the first time. You choose the purpose (acknowledgement, information, persuasion, a request or a thank-you), the tone (formal, friendly, concise, apologetic, confident or neutral) and the length (short, medium or detailed). Then you describe what you want to say, or paste the message you are replying to.
The assistant writes a complete message with a fitting greeting, a body that answers the points you raised, and a closing that matches the tone. It writes in your language at a level that suits the reader, and it formats the draft in clear paragraphs so you can copy it straight into your email or document.
Teachers use it for messages to parents, notes to colleagues, replies to enquiries, requests to the school office, thank-you letters and difficult messages where the tone matters. If the first draft is not quite right, ask for a warmer tone, a shorter version or a different order of points, and it rewrites it.
The assistant does not need personal or sensitive details to do its job. Leave out names, ID numbers and health information, and add them yourself in the final text before you send it.
