À propos de cet assistant

Réponses agréables

Aide les enseignants à donner des réponses polies aux parents et aux autres.

Pleasant responses helps teachers write polite, professional and thoughtful replies to emails and messages from parents and guardians, and from others who contact the school. You paste in the message you received, or describe what it is about, and the assistant suggests a reply that is friendly and respectful while still answering the question or addressing the concern clearly.

It is especially useful when a message is long, emotional or critical, and you want a calm, constructive tone without spending a long time finding the right words. You can ask the assistant to make the reply shorter, more formal, warmer or more direct, to suggest a meeting, or to split a complicated answer into clear points. It writes in your language, so the suggestion is ready to adapt and send through your usual channel.

The suggestion is always a draft: you read it, check that the facts are right, make it sound like you and decide what to send. Remove names, health information and other personal details before you paste a message in, and follow your school's routines for communication with homes. Many teachers use the assistant to save time on routine replies about homework, absence or practical information, and to get a good starting point for the conversations that matter most.
