Cookies and statistics
If you only use the website for information and do not register or transfer information to us in another way, we only collect the personal data that your browser transfers to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to be able to display our website to you and guarantee stability and security based on legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

We store statistics about the use of the service on the basis described above. For the use of the service, we store:

To ensure the stability of the service and prevent misuse, we store the information related to the personal data mentioned under "Visits to Our Websites".
When using the service, we will process the text and information it contains, but will not store the content of the messages after the use ends.
The basis for processing is based on consent as per Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Newsletter and email
We ask for specific and voluntary consent to subscribe to our newsletter. The basis for processing is based on Art. 6(1 a) GDPR.
When subscribing to the newsletter, we store and process the following personal information:
- Name
- IP address
Consent can be withdrawn, and the subscription can be terminated at any time. This can be done using a link that accompanies all newsletters or by contacting us at concat@schoolhub.ai.
To be able to communicate with and provide assistance to those who contact us by email, we must also process the personal data shared with us. The basis for this processing is based on legitimate interests Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Login
Upon logging in, different information is stored and processed depending on the login service used.
Feide
We process the following information from FEIDE, if it is made available to us, for the purpose of enabling logging in, differentiate the service offerings to different user levels or types of subscribers, and communicating with the users of the service:
- Username
- Name
- Information about the device (school) and groups (classes) the user is associated with in Feide
Google and Microsoft

Sharing of Personal Data with Others
To deliver the services, we use recognized service providers for which we conclude data processing agreements to comply with GDPR legislation. We only share information that is necessary to deliver the service, and we strive to minimize the amount of personal data shared.

We send no information to Microsoft Azure OpenAI, including the IP addresses of our users that can link the text back to the individual user, beyond what the user explicitly writes in the text sent to us. We use servers at Microsoft that run in the EU. The text is sent for processing via Hetzner where our dedicated servers run, but is not stored there after the use of the service ends.
Your rights
You can at any time request deletion or correction of all personal information we have about you, except for information we are required or obliged to keep in accordance with applicable regulations. You can also request access to the information stored.
Your rights as per GDPR are:
- Right to withdraw your consent in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR
- Right to access your data in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR
- Right to correct your data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR
- Right to have your data deleted in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR
